Learning Objectives:
- A greater awareness of the relationship between health inequalities and employment
- Learn about policies, programmes and actions to address good work; income; and inclusive labour markets/ widening workforce participation
- Raise awareness of the Work and Health Unit national programmes which works to improve the health and employment outcomes for disabled people and those with health conditions.
- Learn about how early access to the right type of support can prevent health conditions from leading to long-term sickness absences, job loss, and long-term inactivity.
