    national Complete Care Community Programme (CCCP)

    needs of different marginalised and vulnerable population groups throughout England

  • Have knowledge of how two sites in Cornwall have evolved and are engaging with the
    local community as examples of the overall approach of the CCCP network

  • Be able to reflect on how best you can contribute to the future work of the CCCP

  • Be conscious of the challenges that the CCCP is aiming to address, providing solutions
    aligned with the new NHS architecture.
