Poster Presentations

Excitingly, this year the South West Public Health Scientific Conference will be presenting posters electronically.

Poster viewing pods

  • There will be three ‘Poster Viewing Pods’ where delegates can view posters
  • The pods will be situated on the 5th floor outside the main conference rooms
  • Each pod will be numbered and colour coded (1, 2 and 3)
  • Each pod will host a 42” LCD screen and laptop or iPad
  • A small seating area will be provided for comfort when viewing
  • Each pod will show 10 posters for viewing which will be on a continuous roll

Delegates will be invited to view the posters presentations during the tea/coffee breaks and over lunchtime. Additional time has been given at these times to allow for viewing.

If you are presenting a poster you should have received the poster guidelines, if you have not received these or if you have any questions regarding poster presentations, please contact the Programme team.
